Hello, I'm looking for a separate standalone scanner with Automatic Document Feeder (ADF) capability.

Main purpose is to digitise all my hardcopy automatically so that I can throw them away.

Does anyone have any recommendations or brands to research?

My budget is about $100-$200

P.S. I kind of regretted not buying an ADF capable printer. But it's too late already, thus, looking for a separate device to do the same function

For what I know standalone ADF scanner will cost you around $500+.
Cheapest model usually are flatbed type and you need to manually feed it.
If you want cheaper option than get a all in one printer with ADF.
Your current printer either sell it.

got so ex ar?
moi only need it to scan by itself
time not an issue so 1 sided/scan is okay too

buy the service instead
hmm, prefer if i can have it at home as this is not the only time i will need to convert from hardcopy to soft

This make sense, if you digitalising a few hundred books. You need a fast feeder and scanner to do the job.

At the moment using this : https://www.hachi.tech/biz-solution...anners/fujitsu-s1300i-scansnap--4939761304668

Pretty handy to scan double-side documents, receipts, kids' worksheets. Not promoting for hatchi....

very interesting...but $300+ is quite out of budget
I search google "adf scanner", come out $150+++

sian, jin regret not buying ADF capable printer

hitting myself several times because the difference between adf and non adf is $100 for the printer but I decided to be penny wise pound fool

because i didnt realise i will need ADF back then

I mean it must have ADF

because my printer already has scan function
except that it doesn't do it automatically; have to manually put paper in and scan
