Recommend sub $100 graphic card

Mobo is Gigabyte GA Z77M D3H comes with built in graphic card but quite slow when playing RTS game.

Basic needs are as follows:
- watching video
- encoding video to mp4
- Occasionally play RTS game e.g. Starcraft 2

Working with budget of <$100. Recommendations most welcome.
