Recommendation for Canon camera

Currently holding on to a Canon S110. Just sent it to the service centre for repairing of the lens error. Spoke to the cust rep and she told me this model not covered under the free repair if OOW, heng my expire end of Dec this year.

But as i'm thinking of getting a new one for my oversea trip soon, any Canon camera to suggest which offers the same quality as S110?

Preferably a digital one not a DSLR.

if still canon, it has to b S120. correct? unless u can accept larger ones like g1x or g16.
