Recommendation for hard disks

Looking for 1 2tb internal disk and 1 1tb external disk. What would be a good value and reliable option? Heard that toshiba 2tb not bad. What about hitachi touro external hdd?

I recommend you just go Best bargain. They have in time special offer for certain brands.

I bought my Sandisk SSD from them at $115 when they having promo lol.

As in hourly specials? I was thinking of getting from tradepac, maybe ask for a small cash discount since going to spend quite a sum of money. Best bargain's prices are slightly higher I think.

Woah, $115 for 120GB? That's nice. Was thinking of getting one to replace my slow 5400rpm drive, but the price too high alr.

Do you know of any value for money sata to usb3 adapter or enclosure to store the internal hdd? Gonna use it for a while before using the hdd for my build next year. Thanks!!

Then if you know their promo, go to tradepac and do a price match. See if tradepac can offer the same if they have the same item. See they can undercut Best Bargain pricing. If so then the next step is to ask for cash discount.

Thanks for the advice. Most of the time I will just take pricelist from every store and buy the cheapest. But this year I saw a special $12 for 16GB sd card offer by best bargain (iirc) and bought it. Does tradepac or best bargain help test if the hdd works? Scared that I buy a doa set.

They wont test de. If lemon set then just bring back to them for 1 to 1 exchange within 7 days.

But the stores will still be open right? I rather get from sls cuz the price is the same at comex too. At sls can take my time to look around and avoid the squeeze. Haha.

The past few times I went to it fairs, the store people bochup cuz too many customers. SLS everytime I go, somehow the stores will be empty. Around 4+pm, not many people around sls.

Not sure. But i have seen FUnan a ghost town. SLS may be a few store will open. Perhaps only the Mobile phone shops and the accessories shop.

Slightly the same. May be cheaper by $1-$2 lol.

But depends on you. See where you stay and which one is nearer to you.

Consider the transportation cost.
