I'm building a PC for a friend. He's doing 3D work including rendering like Rhino and Revit. I need recommendation for CPU, MB and case.

CPU: I'm looking at either the 6700 or 6700k. If no OC will be done at all, would there be much difference between the 2 at stock?
MB: I haven't looked at mainstream boards since the Z77 chipset so I need some recommendations. I just need something with decent functions, nothing too fancy (Asus and gigabyte preferred since I've used them for years)
Case: I need a mid tower, compact, minimalist looking.

Thanks for your help in advance! :)

CPU: If no oc, then no difference. Definitely need i7 as hyperthreading will benefit his type of work.

Mobo: since no oc, choose from any b150 or h170 matx build will do.

Case: choose from fractal design or corsair. Their stuff are good and minimalist design. Fractal design define s or c. Corsair Carbide 350d.
