Hey guys! Planning to get a PS4 and i need a suitable monitor so please recommend me one

Also i have a question! If i connect my PC and console to 1 monitor with dual HDMI port, will i be able to change device as and when i like?
No budget limit here but i don't wish to get a monitor with features i will never use!
