Recommendation on new Rig

Hi

I am looking for a spec for the following usage no need monitor as I will be using a 42 inch tv

Movie
Games mainly racing games
Daily usage

Hope tat it will be future proof for 4 yrs and above
Do not need monitor
Need windows
Forget to add that I wan it to look nice with full side panel :)
