Hi guys,
I'm looking to buy a new laptop. Its purpose would be for gaming and school, so it should be powerful but not too heavy and with a decent battery life. It won't have to be too powerful since I'm not going to be playing the most demanding games on max settings. Basically, I'm looking for something with at least:
i7 Gen 6
GeForce GTX 960-970M
SSD
8GB+ RAM
Weight: <=2.4kg
Battery life: ~4h+
Screen: 13-15", 1366x768 - 1920x1080
Budget: Around $2100 or less
Reliable for a few years
I researched a few, such as
MSI GE62
Alienware 13
Aftershock S14
ASUS ROG GL552
But each have their own problems.
Can anyone recommend me any of the above, or suggest another one? Any experiences/reviews of the laptops would be really helpful. Thanks!
