Recommendations for Circuit Board Repair Services?

Are there any services in Singapore that offer circuit board repair for PC and non-PC components? For context, I'm looking to repair a loose HDMI port in my FPGA circuit board (Terasic Cyclone V - DE10-Nano Development and Education Board).

Hdmi port can DIY repair if you know how to. One of tge easiest repair.
