I have rams, and ssd ready!

Ram : Team Force RGB 8gx4

Intend to build a pc for some gaming and some video/photo edit.

Die die i want this cooler NH-DH15

So guys please recommend me below.

i7-8700k or Ryzen 7 2700x

GPU : 1070 TI (should be sufficient right?)

Monitor :Im looking for 24", 1080p and 144hz. With good quality to do some photo/video editing. else might need to get a separate monitor?
Freesync/G-sync?

Also please recommend me a case, one that can has good air flow! Air 540? Ok?

Also needed a PSU, better one please. 450 80+ gold plus fully modular

Budget as below
Noctua NH-D15 (worried not enough clearance, any advise? i really like it)
Mobo+CPU (700 -800) (need 4 slot for rams)
GPU (600 to 700)
Case ( 200?)
PSU (80 to 120)

1080 TI around 500 usd.

Nvidia gpu is cheaper then amd.

But G-sync more exp then freesync.

What's a good model for 1070 TI?
