Recuperation after abortion

After abortion, should there be a confinement? What food can be taken or need to avoid during this period? What supplements will help to recover? Can bath and wash hair everyday as usual?
Seeking advice. TIA.

Think just needs to take care with food and diet and moderate alcohol. Extended leave form work is advisable
