Heard recently Microsoft starting to crack down on Windows product keys sold on Reddit. Probably they are MSDN/TechNet keys not meant for sale.

TS may want to think twice?

What he says is true, as my OS suddenly got deactivated out of the blue last week. Fortunately the seller resolved the issue with a replacement right away.

Even replacements will get targeted again once Microsoft dose a full cleanup. TS can take the risk but for a peace of mind, should get the original OEM for himself to avoid getting into any trouble.

They're also MSDN keys which are highly likely to be the developers' keys. He can say it's from his company but most likely it's the same stuff. Even if they're really his company's retail keys, selling his company property won't get into trouble?

The thing is I don't wanna install a CD drive into my chasis, there's no other way around it to install the OS?

yup, but they usually cost over $100. if you want peace of mind sure, but if you really wanna save than online would be a cheaper(but not as safe) bet
