My wife is using Samsung Note 1 and she is facing some lack of storage space problems recently despite having very little apps. (She deleted off some but was unable to re-install them back after deleting and the phone just insufficient memory.
Moreover, she had a 32GB Kingston SD card inserted to expand the memory capacity.
However, I was unable transfer any video files to it despite it having a lot of GBs left.
The OS she is on is ICS. The only plan that I can think of is re-formatting her phone but as I am a IOS user, I do not know how she can back up her apps & Contacts.
Wat application should I install on my desktop 1st in order to proceed.
