Refurbished iPhone

Anyone recently refurbished their iPhones.

May I know which firmware did the phone come with? Like 6.1.2 or 6.1.3 or 6.1.4.

Considering exchanging mine because of wonky LTE connections but would also like to jailbreak the refurbished set.
