Does anyone know what to do if the free RAM upgrade given by retailers, such as Courts or Harvey Norman, to laptops become spoilt?
And I mean during the warranty period of the laptop( 2 to 3 years).
Because i know for a fact that Asus warranty does not include the free additional RAM given by retailers.
