Regarding on PES B3/B4

So I heard these two new health PES status will be replacing the C1 PES, so does it mean all PES C1 people will be moved accordingly? Also, what's the difference between all the B's?

If not wrong, in the previous iteration, when they do away with PES C1 and introduce a PES B2, people who are PES C1 got grandfathered, i.e. they continued to be PES C1. However, if they go for any PES review, then they maybe reassigned a new PES of B2 even though it is like the "same".

I believe this will still continue to be the case with the introduction of PES B3 and B4, i.e. unless you go for PES review, you old PES will remain.

In the past, online can find what's the difference between each of the PES. However, now cannot find. According to this website https://www.cmpb.gov.sg/cmpb/before...etric-test/physical-employment-standards-pes/ it just says:

PES B2, B3, B4: Suitable for some combat vocations, and combat support vocations
