the MO does not determine if u OOC or not in this case, the MO will let u OOC if u have a medical condition that may be down pes like for example a slip disc.. in your case, the MO will not let u OOC.

for your case, you may OOC due to lack of attendance in ur course, if u mc or LD too much, which is determined by ur OC

ur ord date will not be extended unless u get charged and go DB
