Reliable hotel booking website

Most of us would have used the following 3rd party hotel website :
agoda, booking.com, hotels.com, expedia, zuji, etc

How about the following 3rd party hotel booking website?
Anyone have any input of the following website ?
- Prestigia
- otel
- anoma
- hoteltravel
- hotelopia => booked a glitch hotel, hotel dont want to acknowledge. After 1.5months, hotel finally accepted my booking, after hotelopia solve my issue

Not all hotels have bpg policy
usually those more attractive bpg r from the international chain...
have booked marriott executive apartment 2bedroom @ 1900+ THB with breakfast for 3 pax ... usual price is about 5000+ THB ...
cox managed to find a cheaper price, together with their hotel BPG ,
which means they would lower their price by 25% if u found a cheaper deal ...

hotelopia seems to offer very cheap hotel, was almost tempted to book it until I googled it. It has many bad reviews regarding its website booking system as well as their customer service. Some hotel even rejected the guest because they didn't receive booking via hotelopia.

My experience with them was very bad ...
Have booked a 5* hotel club room at 45sgd per nite for two ...
usual should be 100+ sgd per nite for two

when i received the booking, i emailed the hotel ...
the hotel didnt replied =.=
hence i called the hotel, and they mentioned there is some error in the booking

I called hotelopia australia, the phone bill turned out quite expensive
that time went hotelopia website, there is no singapore hotline at all ...
then they gave me a singapore hotline

Called the number for a month
every time the female cso would say wait wait wait
after 1.5mths later, called the hotel the 5th time ...
finally they acknowledged my bookings ...

and how they reimburse you if you charged to your credit card?

book hotel with free cancellations ... if not ur claim got rejected u gg
then their staff would check themselves
luckily my glitch price from 3rd party website lasted for more than 2 days ...

depends ... not everytime is the case ...
for example in expedia case, some of their hotels, fc and nr are the same price

whenever i did best price guarantee for other hotels in expedia
would always book a hotel with free cancellation
have experienced few times that they would ignore your claim
if that happens, u can just cancel the hotel ...

Expedia honored my BPG claim & accepted screenshot of the lower price from Hotel's website. $45 difference, so I got $90 back.
Maybe I was lucky.

A claim must be submitted within 24 hours after making a confirmed reservation through a Starwood Website, and at least 24 hours (48 hours for non-English Starwood Websites)

Normally if u find a glitch price , then u faster book from marriot website
then u printscreen, then they would get back to u
