Hi All,

I'm looking at taking a reno loan of 30k, would like to know which bank offers the best rates, low processing fee etc.

Just take up some balance transfers from a few banks. Overall rates will be cheaper.

If you take reno loan, rate is about 6% pa.

If really need to loan, suggest max 2-3 years loan period.

If you need to take a loan in order to reno, then perhaps, just perhaps, you maybe can't really afford to spend that kind of money, just saying, you know...

Not too sure which is the best, but had a couple of friends were looking at DBS Reno Loan. Probably you can check it out further and the details if you are still intending to take up one. :)
