replacement iphone warranty?

Does the replacement iphone come with 1 year warranty?

I recall it was 90 days. But today I just replaced my iphone 4s at Singtel, and found the replacement phone warranty is one year from today on apple website.

The warranty will be carried forward to the replacement unit.
