Request for early outpro in ICT

Just wanna ask a question, I booked my vacation tix for a holiday over the weekend (Fri to Sun), then I realized that I have a high key ICT for 2 weeks, so the vacation will hit the last day of ICT.

But everyone knows ICT last day is just cohesion and crap, so is there any way that I can request for early out pro on Thursday? Or do I go chum xiong with my OC on inpro first day and request for early outpro? What are the success rate?

No harm asking your CO, don't try don't know. But of course you will be asked how come you booked your travels though knowing you have HK lor, so hopefully your booking was before you knew abt the HK...

They will probably handle this on a case by case basis, depending on your performance during the previous icts.

case by case and actually my last day of ICT is always clear store/armskote etc.

Anyway the best is if you booked the holidays before your call-up

Early outpro more paper work,i think u don't ask in this way.

Just ask your OC in regards to the problem,see what he can offer loh,most likely give u off ,just use system to outpro u last day

OC will be damn kind to do that actually.

Most likely if approved will be early outpro. Because you early outpro, though a little bit more paperwork, it is like you take no-pay leave as you are on reservist leave and when they early outpro you, they don't pay you on the days that you did not serve.

I did early outpro like this before. somemore made to serve till friday noon than outpro but friday no pay at all because never serve full day.

My wife was scheduled for a surgery on Outpro morning and when i asked to outpro a few hours earlier, the LTC who was an NSMan himself actually asked me if my wife's life was in grave danger if i am not released.

I answered no, and he said sorry, cant go.

I will never forget that incident ans ever since then, ive been taking MC at every ICT. Never went back for a single day since then. I dont even bother to endorse my MCs. Just fax it over to NS hotline.

Am already over 40 so it's no longer relevant. But I'll never forget that incident. And if I ever see that LTC outside, I'll **** him in front of everyone. He should just shove that SAF pledge where it belongs...up his arse. And that pledge no longer holds any meaning for me, I renounce it fully.

I was threatened with it many times but waited and waited and nothing happened till the day I turned 40.

Frankly, they can't even recover the tanks. I doubt their admin can do much better when it comes to MUT.
