Request for Printed Past Account Statement

Please allow up to 5 working days for us to process your request.
You will be charged for retrieval of printed past documents/statements. The applicable charges are:
Within 1 year from today - S$20 per copy/month
Between 1 to 3 years from today - S$30 per copy/month
More than 3 years from today - S$50 per copy/month
You can view transaction details for the past 3 months without charge through Transaction History.
You can also view eStatements from up to 7 years, beginning from your opt-in date.

Anyone knows if there is any hack for this if I need past statement. If do it online, they will deduct the fee straight from bank account. Any chance to get it waived if go down to branch directly. TIA

I don't mind paying a $500 or more per statement/listing if the bank can let me have statements or listings more than 20 years ago

If I’m not mistaken, estatement only provides the annual lump sum. Not sure if there is anyway to view the individual transactions?

Just 3years ago already cost $600 per year. If more than 20years ago think won’t be cheap. That is if they are able to retrieve for you.

Yeah and I was saying $500 is cheap. If I only need a couple of months, I’d pay $500 in a heartbeat.
