You want, can get those Nvidia Battlebox from store like PC Themes, Cybermind, etc. If you want warranty, Aftershock, Dreamcore, Typhoon System will offer custom pre build with warranty.

If you want specs reference,
PSU: with 80+ Gold certification like Seasonic Focus Plus FX & FM series, EVGA G Series, Superflower Leadex Gold series.
GPU: GTX 1060 6GB for 1080p 60hz. GTX 1070-1080 for 1440p 60hz, 1080p 144hz. GTX 1080 TI for 4K 60Hz, 1440p 120hz and above.
CPU: i5-8500 with H310 (budget)/B360 (value for money with decent features) or Ryzen 5 2600X with B350 (to update bios)
RAM: 2666MHz 16GB and above.
SSD: Samsung Evo 960/970 NVMe

For MapleStory only, drop the graphics card and go for 2400G.

You'll save a crappton of $$$, especially when your Budget is <1k.

second this. and you can save quite a bit of power somemore as one of your requirement is energy saving hardware ;)

Running a budget oriented build
Prices from PCTheme, unless stated otherwise:

Mobo+CPU: Asrock AB350M Pro 4 + Ryzen 2400G - $359
RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX 2666MHz (4gb x 2pcs) - $158
PSU: EVGA 500 BV 80+ BRONZE 500W PSU - $85 [Dynacore/Lazada]
HDD: Toshiba 1TB 7200RPM - $54
SSD: Crucial MX500 250GB - $109
Casing: Tecware Nexus M - $66.70 [Dynacore/Lazada]
Total: $831.70

Crucial MX500 slightly worse than Samsung 860 EVO in terms of performance, but at least you get to save $30SGD lol.

Or since it's still below 1k budget, you can change SSD to Samsung Evo 960 M.2 250GB for an additional $70, wayyyy faster Read/Write. Then total: $901.70

No WiFi Card included.
