Dear Admin,

I was accused by a moderator of posting or sharing an indecent/pornographic material and I would like to seek an appeal on an infraction given to me.

From the picture posted and contents written in the supposed "offending" post, it clearly evident that there is no signs of any pornographic or indecent materials posted or shared.

Unless moderators now have the power to redefine the words "pornography" or "indecency", I don't see why I should be punished for the above mentioned post since it's clearly not the case as defined by any respectable dictionary.

I too don't think it's fair for punishments to be meted out simply by the merits of a moderator's extremely prejudice and narrow interpretation of a poster's content.

Finally, by the moderator's own choice of words of "toeing the line", it is extremely clear that even he is unsure if my content is offensive or not. Given this circumstance, how is it proper for him to mete out punishment?

I seek your kind assistance in resolving this matter.

Thank you.

Regards,

mod should come clean instead of hiding like a wuss.
Come clean? Wait long long. They will just give some pathetic excuse.

I agreed with this forumer once who said certain mods were getting personal and had hidden agendas and I got infracted for agreeing with him. When I asked for explanation, they gave a lame excuse that I was repeating something which I said before. So its a crime to repeat things you say? :s8:

Dear Member,

The title of your thread:

[GVGT] Power Lah! New video on SG Boss-Man Uncle SERVICED by 2 skillful ATBs! was offensive to a member of the public who requested that action be taken against you and the thread removed.

It may have offended SOME people but how is it indecent or pornographic material?

If he posted the video or a link to the video it is another story. If he posted a pic or link to a pic its another story.

There was no posting or sharing of indecent or pornographic material. At worst it is a case of sharing an "offensive" story which would deserve a warning at most but certainly not an infraction.

Seems to me like an abuse of power by redefining terms as and when admin likes to do so. If it was cheaper to hire a lawyer and this goes to court I am pretty sure the judge would say there is no legal basis for the accusation.

HWZ admin is pathetic. I get an infraction for agreeing with TS that there is nothing obscene with his post. Since when was it a crime to disagree with the admin?

That's the problem when you appoint power hungry hitlers who go around abusing their powers!
