Dear Admin,
I was accused by a moderator of posting or sharing an indecent/pornographic material and I would like to seek an appeal on an infraction given to me.
From the picture posted and contents written in the supposed "offending" post, it clearly evident that there is no signs of any pornographic or indecent materials posted or shared.
Unless moderators now have the power to redefine the words "pornography" or "indecency", I don't see why I should be punished for the above mentioned post since it's clearly not the case as defined by any respectable dictionary.
I too don't think it's fair for punishments to be meted out simply by the merits of a moderator's extremely prejudice and narrow interpretation of a poster's content.
Finally, by the moderator's own choice of words of "toeing the line", it is extremely clear that even he is unsure if my content is offensive or not. Given this circumstance, how is it proper for him to mete out punishment?
I seek your kind assistance in resolving this matter.
Thank you.
Regards,
