Anyone applied for renovation permit lately for resale, full reno hacking works (walls / toilets etc) and rebuilding wall etc. not doing anything really special though…
I’m worried that it will not be in time for my keys collection, so wanted to know what’s the timeline like nowadays.
or does it vary a lot case-by-case so can’t apply generally?
