RESMED for sleep apnea? Any comments?

anyone bought the mask from overseas Resmed shops before? I am going to China in a couple of months time. Saw the Resmed online (CN) selling the masks (i.e. Resmed airfit 30I at ard SGD $150, which is still cheaper than the local SG sellers.

Will probably get a couple models and give it a try.

First time using Cpap device last night, I removed it after 5 hours. Hard to fall asleep, maybe need some time to get used to it.

5hrs not bad already.

I'm on my 3rd mth.. starting to get used to it.

i used for 3 yrs, some nights i could take off the mask . Nx morning, i can't recall when i remove the mask

Hi, I'm intending to purchase a autosense10 autostart from 1800cpap.
Anyone has done it recently? Would like to know where shld i expect to send the prescriptions to, and any other forms I shld obtain to clear customs. Any tips would be great.

Assuming you got the doctor letter. But why never get from China. It dirt cheap. Also I see got new China brand think it cost less than 500. And ultra portable

Ah, China would be via taobao? Because I've rented autosense10, and would like to stick to the model itself. A little afraid of the authenticity of China resmed products on taobao. Any trusted seller?

I use Phillip for daily and resmed air mini for travel. I bought air mini at 1.2k

How often you guys clean the resmed mask and tubing? Really daily and weekly? I find it so troublesome. If don’t clean really will degrade?

I now on 1 mth trial of resmed 10. I still can’t sleep through the night with it. Every night just unplug 3 hrs later. Can’t fall asleep with it

Have you guys tried the following methods:

1. Force waking up at dawn
2. Vitamin D 20k + magnesium daily
3. Hot sun exposure during the afternoon: 10 mins for lighter skin, 20 mins for darker skin daily
4. Carnivore or keto diet
5. Strength training, i.e. squat or deadlift more than 130kg
6. Breathing exercises: e.g. Box breathing
