Resources for learning about insurance?

I'm trying to take stock of my insurance coverage and figure out if there's anything I lack with my current policies. Don't trust insurance agents who usually are looking out for their own interests rather than mine.

Are there any good online resources to learn more about term insurance, whole life insurance, different riders, the various types of CPF insurance schemes like Medishield Life, Medisave, Integrated Shield plans, DPS etc.?

I went for workshops by them: https://finlit.sg/ (workshops run by them for my company).

They do not have any insurance to sell to you, esp. since it is gahmen linked. I think you can trust them enough.
