retaking A levels in 2016

Two words. No Distractions.

That aside, can you explain what is the allure of doing something again when you already know you neither like it nor are you good at it? It seems hordes of people on here are sticklers for pain. If there's something good I'm missing I would like to join in. But so far, nobody has managed to explain to me the benefits of prolonged pain.

Can be done. Work very, very hard. See if your previous sch tutors can send you the latest notes, worksheets etc. Practice and Practice, get tuition help if needed (I do understand it is expensive, but the investment for your future would be worth it)

I have friends whom did badly in A Levels, but worked extremely hard (even whilst they were in NS... okay they did have the privilege of time cus they were clerks.. but still) and they went on to retake As, with flying colours. Got admitted easily to NUS after that.
