Yes, there is such plan. Unless you are having other good sources of income or fund, else you will need to rejoin workforce by 60.

No matter which plan you pick, you're not gonna get a whole lot out of that plan.

If you pay the premium for ages 37-46, then pull the whole lot out four years later, then at the interest rates going at the moment you'll probably get about 20-30% more than you put in, in return for locking your money up for nearly 15 years. That's not a great return! And unless you're putting in a few thousand dollars a month, it won't be enough to retire on.

So, here's the deal. If you're able to put away, say, $5k-$10k a month, you might be able to retire at 50 (which is, let's be honest, pretty early!). If you can't, there's no retirement plan that's going to make that money magically appear, and you're going to have to delay your retirement.

If you are going to retire at 50 years old, can you survive at least 30 years of no income?

The earlier you want to retire, the more you need to have.

before you even start retirement planning
i feel you should at least gather the following:-
current networth (assets - liabilities)
current annual expenses (which you can estimate your future spending)

with these data, you can at least estimate how much more you need at 50 to start your retirement
