Hi all, my mbp early 2011 is giving me probs again. Ive already did the free fix with apple abt the graphics issue few years ago and something else is happening.

Previously the screen would just shut off as if its asleep. but nothing could wake it up unless i did a hard reset. it would then boot up again fine. This happened a few times already and the last time it happened, it wouldnt boo up at all

Now when i attempt to boot up, the led indicator blinks 3 times, some in forums recommended to take out and put the ram back in which i promptly did but no diff.

Now my plan is to do a backup of the fusion drive (ssd+hdd) but a bit confused on how to go about doing it. Since its a fusion drive, do i back it up one by one? wil that be possible? or do i need to figure out a way to load them up together?

Physically its 2 drives but I thought system recognises it as one? As least that's supposed to be the theory. So if system recognises as one, I don't think you can back up both individually?

Thing is, i cant access the drive as my mbp seems to be kaput. i can remove the drives and thought i'd put it into a hdd dock, but the dock is only single bay though.

im not sure how else to proceed to back up since i cant boot up my mbp
