This afternoon I just went to gym during none peak period, avoid the busy peak period and those lousy gyms (gymboxx, anytime, etc) that are not well staffed and does not have adequate access control measures and SMMs nor enough staff to clean the facilities hourly.
Saw a SYT XMM in early twenties wear sports bra and bottom to exercise (see example) seems like this good trend is getting more common in SG, finally our ladies opened up and have confidence in their own body.
