Hi guys what do you all think of FX-9590 CPU? Cause after all these while, I think I still prefer AMD rather than Intel. Guess its due to A64 days.....lol...

AMD FX9590 oc to 5GHz
Asus Sabertooth 990FX
Corsair H100i AIO cooler
2 x 4GB DDR3 2400 GSkill (or 16GB better?)
3 x Power Color R9 290 (need ref card cause going to WC it)
27" DELL 27UHWM 1440p monitor
Seasonic Platinum 1250W PSU (prefer Seasonic over other brands)

I am thinking since mantle will help to reduce CPU bottleneck, FX should be able to perform well with mantle right? Main aim is to keep frame rates as high as possible in BF4, so I am thinking 3 x 290 instead of 2 as I decided to switch to 1440p monitor (it seriously looks good!!). I always play 64 player maps one so don't want any lag.

I have yer to decide on whether to go RAID 0. Does RAID 0 help to improve loading times in games and booting up into windows?

I think you are better off with the i7 4770k over the 9590.

But since you wanna think of using 3 gpus without bottlenecking and wanna take mantle advantages then an i7 or 9590 will do the job.

BUT

I will tell you you will be disapointed by it. Here are the reasons why.

1. BF4 is totally not optimized for multi gpus, be it on nvidia or AMD gpus.
2. Going 3 gpus will not even give you the extra fps more due to the games are constructed in total randomness in Multiplayer mode. Example being hit by rpgs, being shot by enemy, being killed by anything.
3. FPS will take a dip when any of the actions are taken at that point of time.
4. There are times when it is so smoky you cant see anything. Despite the high fps that you MAY wanna achieve, you still cant see your enemy clearly.
5. The last finding, on dual gpu the 2nd card is still under utilize.

All this after i have done many research on a gtx760, xfire 280x and xfire 290. The graphs of gpu performance is a lot of spikes are given out during gameplay.

Only Single Player mode then you can see the difference. Cause they are so called "programed" to fire at you or whatsoever reason. If you play single player mode, you will know what i mean. An enemy can stand there and give you shoot. Some times it feels like they are so dumb. They can really look at you while you shooting them or awaiting instructions for them to shoot you. Even despite how near you are from them, they just stand there do nothing.

RAID 0 does not improve much on SSDs. As in its already too fast. I doubt you can feel any difference in loading time. And is too risky to do RAID 0 especially on a drive that contains your OS.

Anyway with all being said i will just give you my recommendations on both either AMD or Intel.

Take note most of the Ref card model GPUs are being replaced by non ref. If you really wanna do WC then can go with MSI. They using Ref design board.

Lastly if you are going for multi gpu, the Dell u2713hm is not gonna give you good results at 60hz. More fps with 60hz you will start to see screen tearing at higher fps. What is more that the Dell u2713Hm is not cheap @ $720. Where by the Qnix can go 1440p with the ability to go higher refreshing rate.
