Rig recommendation needed!

Help with $2k rig!

Hi guys, I am building a pc and need your recommendations for parts! Details as follows.

Using it for:

Programs - Photoshop, AI, Solidworks, ANSYS Fluent etc.
Light Gaming
Multimedia
(dual booting Windows/Ubuntu)

Parts that I already have and won't buy:
Monitor: 3x Qnix QX2710 (will oc on these)
Keyboard (BT)
Mouse (USB)

Parts that I am looking for:
GPU: *Prefer CUDA-compatible GPU
Case:
Case Fan:
CPU Fan:
RAM:
SSD:
HDD:
Motherboard:
PSU:

Budget : 2-2.5k

Bonus if:
1) Relatively quiet fans


Questions:
1) Would I need to SLI for the monitors if I intend to oc the monitor?
2) Any recommended stands for the monitor?

Looks like a work station haha but my school pretty old computer can run those programs pretty well (Hysys/CAD/Solidworks/Matlab etc etc). Sometime will lag/crash tho.

I think the GPU being used is quadro k2000. Processor is Xeon ( 8 or 16 cores - model i have to check). 16gb RAM. You can start from these basic specs haha

Thks haha, but I don't think I'll look at the Quadro cards.
