Rig Recommendations Please

[mozzozo]

Hi experts,

Posting on behalf of a friend. He just needs to build the CPU. Budget at $1000. It will mainly be used to surf net, watch videos. However, if possbile it should be able to play Dota 2 on High settings.

Please give your recommendations and which shop in SLS to go.

TIA!

Cheers!
