Rig refuses to boot up

Hi gurus

My rig on the right of profile.

Started having this problem recently.

Refuses to boot up, power is turned on and I can hear the fans spin but the splash screen doesn't appear and monitor goes into sleep mode.

I have to clear CMOS in order to boot up.

Is this a BIOS battery problem or do I have to flash my BIOS?

Does the problem happen repeatly? Can just try changing the BIOS battery, each battery just costs a few bucks.

Happened for the last 48hours, only 3 times since I don't use my PC often.

Happened a few times long ago as well but never consecutively.

This time round is 3 times already.

But the LED on casing lights up, fans are spinning. Maybe even mechanical harddisks too.

I don't understand, could you elaborate further?

Remove GPU, use iGPU, see if problem is reproducable.
