Is this passive connector to convert RJ45 to things like camera? If yes then you can search Shopee and there seems to be a lot of listings. I have not been to SLS or SLT for years, so not sure about SLS or SLT.

If you want to use Coaxial cable for home network usage, then it will be MOCA converter and it will not be passive.

Having said that, this can be a useful tool for those wanting to use MOCA in determining whether the coaxial circuit is complete.

If you are looking for physical cable conversion only. This is not a right machine. I think I have a few BNC (coaxial) to phone line conversion plug (4 cables, not RJ45 8 cables type). Let me search for it. I remeber insider the connector is a mini high frequency transformer.

I solved my problem by running a 8 meters long ethernet cable from living room to bedroom.

This is a best way as RJ45 cable is much faster.
