tts why u support ur local retail shop. u say a bit while u buy online but at the end if the day u realised what u save is actually the cost of having ease if rma with local distributor.

Local warranty 10x convenient . I bought this set from amazon w/ free shipping last year , saved about $80 to try out purchasing pc parts from amazon

Rest of my pc parts all simlim so no issues for that . Lesson learned

RMA/DOA must be a nightmare for people here . Unless their parts from gigabyte can send back to taiwan / china or vice versa

Wow. $116 is too much. You don't have to include the Fans right? Only the radiator and pump, one set to be sent in should be ok le. That one still weigh over 2KG?

Previously, I have asked DHL, UPS and Speedpost for quotating to send a package that was less than a KG to my cousin in US. Cheapest was still Singpost (slowest too). You can always call or email them for quote but I doubt you'll get anything cheaper than Singpost.

If i were you, I would forget about getting a replacement if the cost for shipping is going to be about half of a new unit.

I would just buy an Air-cooler for that cost of shipping and have same performance cooling, less hassle since they don't break down that easily....

Btw, I have received my x62 replacement from US already, going to sell it off since I am happy with an air-cooler, the Cryorig R1 Ultimate.

Yeah with that pricing , i can settle for a Cryorig Air Cooler but I might have some trouble when ocing

I have to send back both fans too unfortunately

The packaging is around 1950 grams without the bubble wrapping and carboard box yet . I'll have to tweak around to stay below the 2kg mark so the pricing will be decreased to around $70

If die die no choice I'll have to save up and get custom loop next time :s8:
