RMA questions

Hello everyone,

I own a MSI R7850 Twin Frozr for about 1.5 years now and recently it's failing me intermittently (PC reboots, BSOD) - probably once/twice a week kind of thing.

So the question is will I be able to RMA the card seeing the fault happens on a random basis (not a dead card)? Also, I purchased the build through one of the forum bros here, so was wondering the receipt he issued can be the basis for the RMA?

Don't think its the card issues. Have you run memtest?

you might want to take your ram out,

clean the gold plated tooth with an eraser, then resit them back

vid card kapoot, usually u will see lines across your monitor
