Rma razer mouse ?? Can?

I just bought a razer deathradder last month and notice the left back button is not working
I bought it from sls with receipt but no more box

Still can rma ? Is ban leong still the one I go for?

buy from outside retailers mostly go back to ban leong..

If out of warranty, then get a bottle of contact cleaner spray from Sim Lim Tower, open up mouse and spray on the contact switch. Exercise it and clean all the dust inside the mouse. Did it several months ago. So far, no complain.

Just bought last month
