Gonna get either one today.
I am mainly using the iPhone 5s and Galaxy S5 for photo taking but will like to take it to the next level.

Which is better for me considering that I already have the best of the best as far already for smartphone level.

Prefer to take more low light and fast moving photos.

Wait for RX100MIII... Sony going to announce on May Day.
Rumored to have better focal f2.8 at wide open... So it's good for low light

Best of the best on the smartphone level? Lololol

But even so, the rx100mk3 can't touch the a6000 in terms of image quality.

Will decide on A6000.
Should I get the Carl Zeiss lens instead of the Sony one?
If so will get the body and lens separately.

Standard one first. Will save up for Zeiss!
Any significant difference?

$1099 with kit lens. It is awesome even with kit lens. Love the soft focus background and super clear foreground that gives this really pro effect for portrait shots.

I might invest in new lens in the next couple of months. Read at clubsnap forum that Samyang lens are really good for the cost.

Any users of Samyang lens here? How's the comparison to Zeiss. I mean for cost performance wise.
