RX580 power led light up

Hi any bro using Aorus RX580 here? Just got this off used and the led light indicates that power cable disconnected, but everything seems to run well. Is it due to my psu or bug? Previous owner say it was fine for him.



By right the led should be off as shown below

tried liao, also reseat the card already but sama sama leh
