Wanted to buy a S22 Ultra but my friend say there is battery issue.
Anyone has this problem? Has it been resolved by update?

I don't think it is battery issue. I believe it should be the cpu not optimised for low power usage and standby powder hence s22u do not have good battery life.

I guess your friend is meaning the S22 Ultra have bad battery life, due to the CPU from the phone is a battery hog.

Unless we see how Samsung optimize or throttle the phone to get better battery life.
Not S22 Ultra user btw, but most of phone geek knows the CPU 8 Gen 1 is inefficient.

Get S23 Ultra better, new phone 8+256GB $1038 from ah beng store.

I have s22 ultra. If you put power saving mode, battery can last long. Whole day come home still have 40%. My handset already close to 2 years old
