The one in the sticky is down apparently. As well, the English link at JMA is hidden deeply and seem to change every year. The Japanese version is more consistent. You just need to turn on translation for your browser for basic information like prefectures/cities and dates.

Sakura itself is very hard to predict and always change until the last min like one week beforehand

But this year was pretty warm, likely the warmth will continue till next year
