Dont mind me asking but whats the point of doing this review when obviously your Z97 motherboard doesnt have a M2 PCI-E 3.0 x4 slot to run this beast on full speed.
This thing can supposedly go to 2000MB/sec read write and that is where you come in, to review the hardware and let the readers know if this can indeed touch such high speed.
Despite all your disclaimer of using a Z97 for the review, the writer should have waited till he got a Z170 board to actually see if this item is worth the money or not (which we all know the answer is YES anyway) to show us the performance gap between the benchmark scores of last gen and this new SSD.
