Applied the Smartdevil AR tgsp on the S25u, does have some AR effect and it's smooth to glide with my finger. However, collects smudges quite easy as well.

How does PC Dreams check for defects in their trade in?

The arranged courier guy will come by to your place.

Do a visual inspection for visible cracks/dents/screen issues. If all good, they will take a photo of front, back and charging port.

Collection is quite fuss free.

After that I think they will bring it back for full checks then let you know if got any deviations to your trade in price.

Just got a call from Samsung, number ending with 3737. But the call was so choppy I didn't get to hear what they say then they hung up. Didn't call back. Lol..

Been to SSC to apply the free Care+ AR protector.
Put the phone to service mode, took a number, waited for an hour then came back and took a number again to retrieve phone. The result is very nice although the AR effect isn't comparable to naked screen

Same. After send in phone, waited around 1 hr+.

Care+ entitled to 1 screen protector per year?

Korea S25 series software is now AYB3 which is their first February 2025 software update while ours is still running on initial December 2024 AYB1 build.

Most likely we will be getting the AYB5 directly instead which is the second February 2025 build that is still under testing. Unfortunately from a security standpoint, we will still be running out of date firmware for quite awhile on Samsung 2025 latest flagship model.

No choice ba. Considering OneUI 7 is not out for s24 series as well, means they are fine tuning and bug fixing.

Agree. Tbh, I rather they give us a stable update than to rush through and have an update that gives all sorts of problems

So far the bugs I encountered are not causing any major concerns for me. I am still very happy with the phone.

Does anyone have issue with Samsung Pay with their transactions not showing up but it actually has gone through when checking their banking apps? Been a few days already still haven't seen the transactions listed in samsung pay.
