I got mine fixed at Samsung service center for $54. The $54 is for evaluation fee. Screen changed foc. Phone has no warranty left when I sent in.
That’s a good price. My friend was quoted over $500 to have her screen replaced. She ended up just holding off till she upgraded (to another Samsung phone). 😶

My current s23 ultra also have green line. But it is horizontal across the screen. Should be hardware issue. My phone warranty is till next year June 2024 but i scare Samsung will reject my claim

Yeah. Her phone is about 3 years old. S-something.
Mine no warranty as well. Still able to get the replacement foc.

Initially they told me if they find water damage, then will not be foc. Told them S20 is marketed as waterproof, if got water damage, then the quality of the waterproofing is questionable and all the more they should fix foc.

The green line is covered by warranty. The sad thing is you need to make noise and be fierce at the customer centre, then they are willing to repair it.

Samsung outsources the service centre to some shitty MDR LTD, who wants to make profit. Sadly only if you stand your ground with them and fierce then they will LLST repair for you. Experienced by a lot of my friends already
