bought the tab s10 fe on shopee on 5.5 with the $10 eVoucher to reach min spend for shopee voucher
till now samsung shopee chat says no delivery schedule. i called samsung support and they told me i must cancel the order because they cannot process it due to the order having "e voucher and physical goods"
i never heard of such a thing before. anyone face the same issue before? did you ever get them to process your order?
i escalate many times already but all say the same thing, must cancel order. then they also dont want to offer promo or credit to match the price i bought it for on shopee
