Samsung S24B350 problem

Hi, i have a Samsung SyncMaster S24B350 Led monitor. The monitor will only flash for 1 sec almost everytime i start up the pc then it went black. PC running fine just the monitor. I have to power on off the main power supply to make it work. I reinstalled my windows 10 updated bios still the same problem. Anyone here can help?

Suspect monitor is dying. Connect it to a laptop and see if the problem persists.
