Samsung S4 mini (Serious problem!)

This phone will edit/delete your information in your phone without you knowing it! Anyone experience this problem? Managed to record it down when this happen. Just bought this new Samsung S4 mini not long ago, sent for servicing and will return to you without even try to fix it.. Called them a few times, but they will just drag and avoid (seems to me after you bought their product, their job is done). Watch Video below. Better think twice if you are considering a Samsung phone..

Maybe this video is more clear, it just messed up my calendar appointment details. Imagine your phone is in your pocket/bag and it starts to edit and change your details by itself and you missed your important appointment. Just step into new android Samsung phone but got this issue that until now they are not giving me any solution. Disappointed..

Why not try out the reset to factory setting. And also, try cleaning your screen... maybe...

Sent in my phone before at plaza singapura. They just do a normal reset and return to me. Useless servicing.. Just called Samsung and complaint again, until now they won't even bother to contact me. I guess that's it. This is Samsung standard. If you bought their product and nothing wrong with the product, good for you. If you got a defective one, good luck. Be prepare to live with it like my S4 mini. Really nothing you can do. You complaint they won't even bother.. Or should i write to Korea their head quarter?
