Samsung S6 Email Problem

somehow in a way, the email app itself is not retrieving all my emails from my hotmail even though i set it to retrieve all emails, any help? TIA

try using hotmail app
it should work

well that setting is not what i meant.

basically when i first setup my email acct on my phone everything works fine. i can see all the back dated emails, until prolly some software update on the phone then i cant see those emails anymore on my phone unless im using my computer

remove the app and re-install and try again

..

check your hotmail sync under phone settings (android settings)
